HR - THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
A really nice phrase. Hope it is implemented everywhere because this is what a company needs to bring up a great workforce. "take a chance on the person who is eager and engaged, but inexperienced, over someone who is skilled and can do the job, but has less energy" Ok, this thought did not ooze out of my brain. So, a reference has to be given to the actual person right. Here is link.

Hi Kaats,
Here after a long time. Though you are not the author of this thought, but you have definitely served the author and the thought by making it provoke many a conscience.
hello kaats,
it is better to have a lame soldier who is ready to fire his weapon than a able bodied jonny without the urge and attitude to fire !?..makes sense.
